Get yourselves over to the website and check it out as this will be a massive and amasing experience to go to!
Here is some info for those who have not come across FBBB beforeFBBB is a travelling community event that was born in early 2006. It all began indoors on machine/man made snow, started by friends that had a desire and vision to create a unique event that was based purely on the priority of having fun. Focused around a well designed freestyle park, catered to riders of all abilities.
FBBB Voyages to wherever they can frolic (snowdomes, dry slopes, skate parks, art galleries etc) to host events that feature live music, art, and just about anything that has to do with snowboarding and skating.
Part of the concept is to promote the UK scene and push progression, whilst raising awareness for snowboarding and everything related to it. Building a platform for the community of snowboard lovers, riders, brands, artists, bands, photographers and filmmakers. and this time on the show we have DMC CHAMP MATMAN Matman Matman has been shaking up the club scene for over 10 years, bringing the fusion of his multi award winning turntablist skills with his ability to rock a crowd to many venues across the globe. His combination of raw skills & ability to keep the dancefloor on smash have earned him residencies in London's hottest nightspots, from the infamous Jazz Cafe & Cargo to the exclusuive celebrity hangout Bungalow 8. In recent years Matman has held the titles of UK DMC Supremacy Champion, London DMC Champion, ITF World Finalist, & has taken 1st place at the European Turntable Techniques Competition. Alongside DMC/ITF/Vestax Champion DJs Daredevil & Tigerstyle, Matman is currently recording mixes & scratching for the new dj-based video game 'skillz'. Combined with a world tour & upcoming radio slots on sensei.fm & others, DJ Matman is definitely a name to watch out for in 2009... You can check out the webcam @ http://www.armitage-skanks.com

Hi all Skankers and Skanketts. Here is a chance for Armitage Skanks to welcome you all and tell you a little bit of histroy of who we are and why we came about. Armitage Skanks was founded by it's current members Dtism and Boy Wonder several years back. It's first appearance was in East London (Shorditch) where it landed it's residency at a little venue called Public Life (formerly a Victorian toilet) at this time it was to be only a party for friends etc... however being that the first one, became an event! A name had to be nominated and so 'Armitage Skanks' was born! C O L L I N S 3 0 3 joined the Skanks Soundcistern by the second event and has stayed with us till this day, bringing his technique and style that everybody loves. Miss T had been honing her skills at DJing and joined us to become our first lady of funk. 'Skanks newest member is iDLE, known for his turntablism skills and love of mashups is now bringing a new edge to our sound. Armitage Skanks is known more as a wicked party rather than an event that sticks to one genre. All the members have there own unique flavour and style. At a 'Skanks night you can expect to hear Hip Hop, Funk, Electro, Breaks, Soul, Blues Big Beat, Motown, Rock, House, Nuskool Breaks, Drum and Bass, Hardcore, Oldskool and on the odd ocasion Garage. Armitage Skanks will always get you up and dancing even the shy lot out there. Moving out of Public life and settling at the Medecine Bar in Great Eastern Street, the night became more serious and had to begin charging addmission, however this did not seem to affect the popular event with even more people joining the Skanky vibe with it's bigger and better venue, sound system etc.... Medicine Bar changed hands and we decided to bring Skanks somewhere else. We decicded to remain in this area of Shorditch and moved into a great little spot on Curtain Road called Pool Bar. Skanks remained here for quiet some time. We then moved round the corner to join with our good friends Eden Collective hosting the small room of the Bedroom Bar. Armitage Skanks as you can see never remains in one spot and you can find us as close as Exator, South hampton or at your nearest venue. All it takes is a phone call and we are there (more or less)........Thank you very much to KMT for coming up to do the show PODCAST IS IN HERENow Please Oh and BTW we @ Armitage Skanks would really apreciate it if you would join our Mailing list So that we would be able to tell you about anything we might get up to from time to time and our Guestbook for general chit chat
Thanks Armitage Skanks Sound CisternIf you would like to be involved with the full random buisness show chuck over a PM
New info: We will be hosting a show to celibrate the new launch of Art show @ Underdog art company with the owner strumming some beats on the drum kit live in the Skanks studio
