Dead Famous proudly welcomes Stephen Cole & Matthew McCurry to our roster.Arguably two of the biggest names in stateside techy breaks, Stephen Cole and Matthew McCurry are 2 producers that rarely fail to deliver complete smashers, and their efforts last year on several, bluntly put, wicked remixes fully show why they are constantly in demand. Between their originals for N-Mity, and remixes for Lot 49, Broken Robot, Sinister, XSSR, and a previous remix for Dead Famous, Cole and MCurry have definitely shown they have exactly what it takes. Knowing this - we took the initiative to sign these lads onto Dead Famous for a multiple release deal.
To be perfectly honest, we are incredibly stoked to have them on board.. They (along with a few others) continue to show that American breaks producers don’t have to put out booty pop tunes to make an impact on the global breaks scene.

Look for it on our forthcoming Remix LP, due out in April – a 10-12 track monster that features NEW remixes of DF jams such as Summer Rolls, Go Easy, Trip, Test the Bass, Can’t Stop, Exit Enlightenment, a mammoth new breaks remix of New World Order, and others! It promises to destroy. Trust.
Join me in welcoming them to the team. Here’s to a ridiculous 2010 for Dead Famous.
