Dusted Down Recordings are very proud to announce the debut LP from SOLID STATE DRIVE (aka Kev Curtis), Insomnia Blooms. This composition fluidly combines Downtempo, ambient, chill out and Trip Hop to great effect, and includes the outstanding vocal talents of MICHELLE ADAMSON, AFTON RHODES & JESS ROBERTS.

This album has already won over some huge names in the industry and has received support from JUSTIN WILKES of Kiss FM, BBC 6 Music, as well as some very well known artists from this genre of music.

I have given the album a couple of listens. I like it!! My favorite track is String Theory

Love the vibe of this album, it takes me back to some chilled ninja tune days. Lazy Hazy & Thai Dyed all fit well in the Bristol smoked filled haze!
Another favourite is Knife Edge, the bass and guitar combo roll well and when laced with the angelic vocal is very atmospheric, light up and chill out!!
