Force began life as the collective that was the Fused & Bruised
krew back in '96 & were more synonymous with the 'sound' of the
Fused & Bruised label than any other of their acts, although less
willing than any other act to step forward into the limelight and
court the publicity many others would seek. The lynchpin of the project
was always sHack, and as time went on, he took over the mantle of
Elite Force as his primary solo guise, having launched and then steered
projects such as the "Latinamyl" and "Brisco"
compilations to the successes they have ultimately become. In 2001,
Elite Force was responsible for breaking the long Fused & Bruised
radio silence with the hugely successful & highly lauded Bombin'
the Subway EP. Forthcoming from Elite Force is a remix of Keoki's
"Jealousy" (Moonshine - early 2002),a mix of the forthcoming
Lunatic Calm album track, "Neverstop", and finally, a remix
of the forthcoming Meat Katie single set to appear on Kingsize in
early 2002.
